Life is like a box of chocolates...

Took a digital photography class a few years ago and the assignment for this project was designing a poster to promote the photography class.

This was one of my entries (I submitted 8 designs!) but it was disqualified because there is no actual photography used. I created the background scene with an inexpensive 3D program called Bryce. I argued (unsuccessfully) that using Bryce to produce aesthetically pleasing scenes requires that the artist see through the eyes of a photographer and therefore was the ultimate form of "digital" photography.

As it turns out none of my posters was selected but I still got an A in the class!
